OUR ASSIGNMENT: YOUR WELLBEING
OUR ASSIGNMENT: YOUR WELLBEING
Know Where to Go to Get Help
You’re not alone. Created uniquely for Manchester’s middle and high school students, M-Power connects you with school and community resources for emotional wellbeing and school safety. Know what help is available and spread the word!
What is M-Power?
M-Power is a mental health and safe schools campaign through Project AWARE (Advancing Wellness and Resiliency in Education) and Manchester School District. M-Power is designed to promote youth mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage students to reach out and connect to services. The campaign is also designed to encourage students to speak up if there is knowledge of a threat to school safety or someone’s personal safety.
Reach Out, Speak Up.
Get Help at Your School
The people listed under your school can help with problems at home, feeling depressed or anxious, and struggling in class. If you are unsure of who to talk to, contact your school counselor – they can help you determine where to go for support.
